I've found one more picture of this "rightwrist-girl", and two others: A Swatch Irony Chrono with leather strap, very rare on girl's wrists.

How can you find pictures like these?
1. Look for big picture collections with downloadable images bigger than 800x600 px and a searching function. For example picasaweb, flickr, Google photo search, etc.
2. Search with keywords for social events or girl's names.
3. Look through the pictures until you find a watchgirl.
4. When you have found one (after seeing 200 or 500 or 1.000 other pictures...), try to find more of her.
That's all.
Today:
A Swatch Beat with metal bracelet - I've never seen this combination before!
