Reviving this old topic with my stash of Leilani Dowding pics. I have not been able to identify the watch, very unique. She's also a wrist switcher!

Thanks very much! She's so lovely w/her sweet smile & fit arms. 
The switching metal looks nice on her. I like the first picture, and the black bikini top one w/her turning the most. Nice ring, too.
