what swatch is it ?. it looks more like a bracelet / band to me.

don't be silly, itÄs atypical swatch from the 90s. I don't know their name but they were pretty popular back then - most wore those with silver elastic wristbands.
but to prove it, here's another pic from this girl 8which I didn't want to upload because the watch is pretty small there)
