I always thought it would be very difficult, but actually it's not that hard to get a women wearing the watches you want during sex or similar activities, if you JUST TELL her 
I know it can be hard and embarassing and you may be afraid to lose her, but if she really likes you, she'll be glad to do something that really turns you on.
I've had several experiences with women wearing watches and jewelry the last years, and it never got boring. Meanwhile, I enjoy "decorating" my girlfriend before we get it on and it doesn't bother her as long as she knows that that I love HER, not the watches

Someday my former girlfriend talked about buying a watch.
So I thought "let's take the offer" and bought her a baby g with
double velcro watchband (because i like that the most).
We had a few times "fun" with it and it was a georgous look
because of her tiny little wrist.

My Girlfriend wears usually a buffalo watch. When the batteries of this watch were empty she looked over my baby-g´s and picked out a nice white G-Lide with light blue underband and she took it for quite a few weeks. That was a really cool time and it made me very hot to see her wearing this watch. Especially when we came nearer hehe
Now her watch has new batteries and my baby-g is in the drawer back again

I think my girlfriend recognized that i like it very much when nice girls wear Baby-G´s and so she looked over my watches again. Now she has taken 3 Baby-G´s matching to the color of her clothes. Im very happy that she wears now very often my Baby-G´s. Its really cool.
