I found it whilst doing a google search for Victoria Silvstedt. Not sure that it's upside down though.

it doesn't look photoshopped to me.
the tone, shadows etc.(of the watch) looks so original !
i must know, since i do a lot of photoshopping in my profession.

not photoshopped and also not upside down
